Service impeccable, surtout avec le serveur Abderrazak qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Il s’est montré très attentif à nos besoins tout au long du repas. L’ambiance était agréable, le personnel souriant et les plats délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking. Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

Les employés sont trop gentils et sympathiques (femme de ménage, accueil, serveurs, voiturier….) le petit-déjeuner est offert par l’établissement même il n’était pas diversifié mais ca fait la faire par contre il faut entretenir les chambres mais en gros je note 8/10 pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles

The best place for relaxing for honeymoon really is very good service and breakfast they give us upgrade and owner son is good person speak good English I will back again soon
